-Set Up and Tear Down Ministry-

• Set Up Team: We need helpers who are strong and reliable to set up from 8-9:30 am every Sunday morning at Wheaton Bowl. This involves moving and carrying things like chairs, tables, sound equipment, and video equipment. Don’t worry about knowing where to put things, because we’ll be happy to train you!
• Tear Down Team: We need people who are able-bodied and faithful to tear down the tables, chairs, and equipment every Sunday from noon to 1:30 pm. This involves moving and carrying things like chairs, tables, sound equipment, and video equipment. We’ll train you for the job, so no prior experience is needed—just a willing heart!

-Audio/Visual Ministry-
One person is needed to learn how to mix Praise and Worship, and run the board during service.

Camera Operators: run the camera -Must be able to stay very still and focused

A/V system setup: assembly of the system—Must be able to:
• reliably show up early, on time
• learn how the signals flow
• troubleshoot problems and fix them

DVD recorder operation:
• record the service to DVD
• create chapters
• create DVD master
• navigate through menus using a remote

Song Screen Operator: run the on-screen words during worship. Must be able to:
• pay attention
• follow the flow of songs
• learn the system

-Follow-Up Ministry-
We need a team of outgoing, friendly people to serve in the follow-up ministry. This would involve phoning, e-mailing, or sending letters to people. This work may be done in your own home.

-Ushers Ministry-
A person with a heart for the Ushers Ministry is needed to serve as head usher. This person needs to have leadership ability, friendliness, and attention to detail.
Ushers to serve on Sunday mornings are needed, male or female.

-Greeters Ministry-
Those with a heart for welcoming visitors and friends with joy and cheer are needed as greeters.
